Are you passionate about delivering high quality food? We have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our award-winning chef brigade, preparing and cooking meals from servery-style to fine dining.

You will have proven experience in a large kitchen at this level, as well as relevant professional qualifications. A flexible approach together with an ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
