How do I connect to restricted facilities during vacation / field work?

A number of resources are restricted to connections that are made from the University network. These include access to certain University web sites and publications or datasets made available through the Library Services E-resources.

Many resources can be accessed directly using your email credentials (SSO). More details are given on the OULS website.

Some resources still require the OUCS VPN (Virtual Private Network) client. To do this you should register for a remote access account with OUCS and download the VPN software. Further details are available at http://www.oucs.ox.ac.uk/network/vpn.
