Our Aims and Scope St Antony's International Review (STAIR) is a peer-reviewed,
academic journal established by graduate members of St Antony's College at the
University of Oxford. It is published bi-annually and features articles on international
affairs. The central aim of STAIR is to reflect the cross-disciplinary dialogue on global issues of contemporary relevance that
is a unique feature of life at St Antony's. In recreating the College ethos of open, accessible and engaged debate, STAIR seeks
to develop a forum in which emerging scholars can publish their work alongside established academics and policymakers. By drawing on the
wide range of disciplinary perspectives and intellectual resources of St Antony's, we are keen to further raise the international profile
of the College and strengthen the link between alumni and current members.
"We should all be grateful for the St Antony's students
who took the initiative to launch this lively and challenging new journal of international affairs. It takes on the important issues and
examines them in the round, from a truly global perspective." -- Professor Margaret MacMillan, Warden of St Antony's College
