The Middle East Centre is pleased to announce a photograph exhibition 'Three Views of Oman. Wilfred Thesiger, Charles Butt, Edward Grazda. Society and Religion 1945-2006' to be held at St Antony's College on 30th September 2011.

Three Views of Oman Society and Religion 1945-2006 highlights the work of three photographers each of whom sees the world with a distinct gaze. Seen as a whole the exhibition establishes a rich visual culture for Oman over a 70 year period and suggests that individuals as much as civilisations bring their uniqueness to the challenge of Anglo-American and Arab cultural engagement.

The exhibition is being held in the Dining Hall of St Antony's College, 62 Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6JF on Friday 30th September 2011 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
