New Greek emigration
Adopting an interdisciplinary perspective, the conference explores a multiplicity of aspects surrounding the new Greek emigration and aims to catalyze the discussion and interaction between the academic community, related associations and governmental institutions, and the migrants themselves. The conference, comprising 6 session with 18 papers, two roundtables and open discussion events, is organized around three main thematic pillars namely, ‘mapping the new Greek emigration’, ‘processes of socioeconomic inclusion in host societies’ and ‘sociocultural dimensions of the new Greek emigration’.
