An exciting opportunity has arisen in the European Studies Centre, St Antony’s College, for a highly organised administrator with experience of communications and events organisation.

This is a busy, varied role. You will be responsible for managing the Centre’s marketing and communications, including the Centre’s social media presence, and maintaining relations with European Studies Centre graduates of both St Antony’s and other Oxford Colleges. The Centre hosts an extensive programme of seminars and events throughout the year, and you will be responsible for the organisation and promotion of these events. As the first point of contact for all Centre enquiries, you will play a key role in raising the public profile of the Centre.

You must be able to work well under pressure, be comfortable working independently, and have a pro-active approach to work. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people. Previous administrative experience with a high level of attention to detail, as well as an ability to manage communications and organise events are essential.
