Dr Dorian Singh
Dr Dorian Singh is the Research Manager for the Dahrendorf Programme. She coordinates the Free Speech Debate project and supervises the team of 40 graduate research assistants.
Dorian completed her Master's (Russian and Eurasian Studies) and DPhil (Social Policy) at the University of Oxford, St Antony's College. Her research focuses on social determinants of health, healthcare reform in former communist countries in Eastern Europe, particularly Romania, and access to health care for disadvantaged groups in the region, with a specialisation on the Roma. She has extensive project management experience and also tutors PPE students in the Department of Social Policy.
