Dahrendorf Programme for the Study of Freedom

The Dahrendorf Programme for the Study of Freedom commemorates the College’s third Warden, Ralf Dahrendorf, one of the leading social and political thinkers of his time, and is dedicated to a subject central to his work and life.  It has three main components:  a Research Agenda which includes the Free Speech Debate project, an annual Ralf Dahrendorf Memorial Lecture, and an annual group of competitively selected Dahrendorf Scholars.

The Dahrendorf Programme is directed by Professor Timothy Garton Ash Professor of European Studies and Isaiah Berlin Professorial Fellow.  The Research Manage of the Dahrendorf Programme is Dr Dorian Singh who can be reached here.
