The major research project for the Dahrendorf Programme is currently about free speech in the age of the internet and mass migration. The heart of the project is a 13 language website, freespeechdebate.com. Events are held from time to time, and will be announced on this site. Further details of the project are to be found in the About section of the freespeechdebate.com website.
In 2012-2014 the Dahrendorf Programme conducted a major project on freedom and diversity, based on a comparative study of Britain, Canada, France, Germany and the United States. The result was a report that can be read here.
The Dahrendorf Programme also continues to work on current European developments, both domestic and external.
