St Antony’s College is offering an exciting opportunity for a Development Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Development Director, Development Manager and the Communications Manager. The Development Office is responsible for the international fundraising, alumni relations and communications work of the College.

This is a varied role, which includes accurately recording fundraising and alumni activity on the database; processing donations; supporting College-wide communications, and carrying out administrative work relating to events and fundraising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have sound administrative experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good organisational and numerical skills. They will have excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, be able to prioritise work with minimum supervision, and strong IT skills, including database systems and Microsoft Office packages. Experience of working in a Development role would be desirable.

The Development Coordinator will be a visible part of our College community, and will work from the College’s administrative offices on Woodstock Road, Oxford. The College is just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, and is close to the University Parks, Port Meadow, Jericho and Summertown.
