It is a pleasure to invite you formally to the Antonian event in Singapore on Saturday, 20 April 2024.

We are grateful for Professor Reuben Wong, our Liaison Officer in Singapore, for all his help with organizing this get-together.

The details are as follows:

We are grateful that Dr Mustafa Izzuddin has agreed to give a short talk at the event about his research in Southeast Asian Studies.

Mustafa received his PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is a regional specialist on Southeast Asia, namely the countries Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei and much sought after news commentator in local and regional media. He holds academic positions at the National University of Singapore (namely, NUS College and Residential College 4), the Islamic University of Indonesia and OP Jindal Global University India and he is a Senior International Affairs Analyst with Solaris Strategies Singapore. He was an Academic Visitor at the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies in 2023.

In recognition of his decades of voluntary leadership in championing socio-cultural causes, including being a leading voice in interfaith bridge-building and extending philanthropic gifts to education, Mustafa was selected as one of the top 500 most influential Muslims of the world for 2024.

During the course of the evening, the Warden – Professor Roger Goodman – will give an update on the College. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at alumni.office@sant.ox.ac.uk.

We very much look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the event!
