On receipt of your request, it will be assessed and prioritised. We will attempt to make an initial investigation of all requests within 2 working days of the end of the day in which the request is received, and if it cannot be resolved immediately, you will be given an estimated timetable for completion. If you have not received an initial response with a ticket number, within 2 working days, please e-mail the PA to the Domestic Bursar - email@example.com.
Whilst we will try to call to attend to your request at a reasonable time - and, mostly, not before 8.30am unless it is urgent - Maintenance Department's hours are from 8.00am to 4.00pm on weekdays, and by submitting this form you agree to a possible visit between these hours.
