The Accademic Office, Accounts, Accommodation & Conferences and Development & Alumni teams are based on the ground floor of the Gateway Building. The office opening hours are 10.00am-12.30pm and 2.00pm-4.00pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and 10.00am-4.00pm on Wednesday.

Academic Office - for course-related and welfare issues

The Head of Academic Office manages the College Academic Office. The Head of Academic Office is the first point of contact for queries about welfare, and disability. 

The Deputy Head of Academic Office supports the Head of Academic Office, is the Disability Coordinator and first point of contact for grants and scholarships.

The Academic and Welfare Officer should be contacted with queries about on-course academic support, exam arrangements, student status letters and graduation. Graduate progression (GSO) forms should also be sent to the Academic Office inbox.

The Academic and Admissions Officer is the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries. 

To assist the Academic Office Team, students should maintain accurate information about their term-time address and any fieldwork.

All members of the Accounts team are able to process payments.

Accommodation & Conferences - for room bookings and sub-letting requests

Students should refer to the Accommodation Frequently Asked Questions before contacting the Accommodation Office. 

To book a room for an academic event, students should contact accommodation@sant.ox.ac.uk to check room availability and to make a provisional booking. All academic events must be approved by the Dean, Domestic Bursar, Head Porter and supported by the GCR committee by filling in the form available here. Room hire approved on this basis is free of charge. Note that external catering is not permitted on College property without prior consent.  All forms must be submitted by Wednesday of the week before the event.
