Global Shifts in Markets, Business and Geopolitics: What It's Going to Take to Be Successful
On Friday April 29 at 5pm, Dr Dambisa Moyo (DPhil Economics, 2002) will be speaking on the topic of 'Global Shifts in Markets, Business and Geopolitics: What It's Going to Take to Be Successful'.
Dambisa Moyo is a global economist and author who analyses international affairs and macroeconomics. Dambisa was named by TIME Magazine as one of the “100 Most Influential People in the World,” and is the author of NY Times Bestsellers’ Dead Aid: Why Aid is Not Working and How There is a Better Way for Africa; How the West Was Lost: Fifty Years of Economic Folly and the Stark Choices Ahead; and Winner Take All: China’s Race for Resources and what it Means for the World.
She gained her DPhil in Economics whilst studying at St Antony's College, the University of Oxford, and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University, a MBA in finance at American University and completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry.
