Duncan Wood is the Director of the Mexico Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC. For 17 years, Dr Wood was a professor and the director of the International Relations Program at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City. His research focuses on Mexican energy policy, including renewable energy, and North American relations. In this presentation, he will review recent developments in Mexican politics and analyse the status of the extensive reform agenda that is being pursued there.
