Hector Mackenzie is the Senior Departmental Historian of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. He edited two volumes in the series "Documents on Canadian External Relations" and he has written many articles and book chapters on the history of Canada's international relations. Dr. Mackenzie is also an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of History of Carleton University and a former President of the Association for Canadian Studies.
