Chief Afe Babalola, OFR, CON, LL.D (London), a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), is arguably the most successful and most respected living lawyer in Nigeria. He is the founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, and former Pro-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He was trained at the University of London and became a member of the Lincoln's Inn, London in 1963. He is a major philanthropist and one of the foremost legal minds in Nigeria.
