The Eurozone crisis and the rise of anti-European parties have sharpened our collective sense that reform at the EU level has become a matter of urgency. This is both a theoretical and a practical project, with politicians and academics struggling to find a more or less magical fix to what all agree must be a fundamental flaw with how the EU system works. But what exactly is wrong with the EU and how can it be fixed?
