Followed by a discussion with Dieter Helm, Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Oxford and author of “Net Zero: How We Stop Causing Climate Change”, and contributions from Wolfgang Münchau, Eurointelligence, and Riccardo Mastini, researcher at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and policy advisor for the international campaign Green New Deal for Europe
