We have 36 B graded rooms available. Each bedroom measures between 13.9 and 19.4 square metres and is located in one of our converted Victorian houses, some of which form part of the main College site.
Because of the age and character of these buildings, all rooms are accessed by stairs and there are no lift facilities. Room sizes and layouts vary.
These rooms are suitable for single occupancy only.
Each room includes:

- Shared kitchen facilities
B grade rooms are available in the following houses on our main site:

- 3 Church Walk
- 4 Canterbury Road
- 64 Woodstock Road
- 66 Woodstock Road
A grade rooms are available in the following houses off-site:
- 83/85 Woodstock (across the road from College)
- 86 Woodstock Road (less than ten minutes walk from College)
