Yang Zhang is a strategy and programme management professional working in the automotive and mobility sectors. She is currently involved in autonomous vehicle commercialisation and mobility transformation initiatives, supporting cross-functional projects that span regulatory coordination, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across the public and private sectors. Her interests include emerging technologies, mobility ecosystems and cross-border collaboration in Asia.

Yang completed an MPhil in International Relations at the University of Oxford (St Antony’s College) and a BA in Political Science and Russian & Eurasian Studies at Colgate University. She looks forward to connecting with Antonians and contributing to a diverse, grounded and welcoming alumni community in Singapore.
