The Warden of St Antony’s (Professor Roger Goodman), and Development Director (Wouter te Kloeze) will be visiting the Bay Area and there will be an Antonian event in San Francisco on Saturday 11 April.

Our gratitude goes to Dr Jessica Ashooh (MPhil and DPhil International Relations 2006) for hosting us and making this get-together possible!

We are delighted that Dr Daniel Zoughbie (MSc Social Anthropology 2006 and DPhil International Relations 2008) will give a short talk on his latest book Kicking the Hornet’s Nest: U.S. Foreign Policy in the Middle East from Truman to Trump. In this book, Daniel investigates eight decades of American decision-making in one of the world’s most volatile regions.

Daniel is a complex-systems scientist, historian, and expert on presidential decision-making. He currently serves as an associate project scientist at the Institute of International Studies at University of California, Berkeley, and holds faculty affiliate positions at the UCSF/UCB Centre for Global Health Delivery, Diplomacy, and Economics and the New England Complex Systems Institute.

During the evening, the Warden will give an update on the College.
