Facilities
Meals
Lunch and dinner are available in Hall (first floor of the Hilda Besse Building) daily except Saturday evening and Sunday, for most of the year. Meals are organised on a self-service system so no booking is required. A choice of dishes, usually including meat, fish and a vegetarian menu, is available in the Servery. Meal prices are modest and are subsidised by the College.
Common Rooms
The Common Rooms are situated on the top floor of the Hilda Besse Building. Here you may entertain your guests for tea or coffee after lunch and dinner and read the wide range of newspapers and journals available to members.
Porters' Lodge
The Porters' Lodge is situated on the ground floor of the Ghassan Shaker Building and is the heart of the College. It is the first place you go to when you arrive and probably the last place that you will visit when leaving. The Porters meet, greet, sort mail, answer telephones, deliver messages, accept flowers and give information on everything that you may wish to know.
All mail is delivered to the Porters' Lodge and all members of College are allocated a pigeonhole in which to receive their mail. There is also a post box for stamped letters, which is cleared daily.
There is also an internal mail service - the University Messenger Service - which delivers mail between the College, other colleges and University buildings generally; the service is free and mail is collected from the Lodge twice a day.
The Alumni Relations and Development Office
You can obtain copies of College publications, get details of Antonian groups, find out more about the College's fundraising targets and hear about up-coming events from the Development Office in the Gateway Buildings. This is also the place where you register your leaving address to make sure that you receive your College mailings when you leave.
Car Parking
There are no car parking facilities for students, other than for vehicles with a valid "Disabled" permit
