Nalini Asha Biggs is an artist living in Fallbrook, California, celebrating all things native Californian. During her tenure at St Antony’s she was Social Secretary of the JCR and learned as much about the nature of international politics as her MLitt in Comparative and International Education studying HIV/AIDS education in Kenyan schools for the Deaf. The Late Bar is one of the best classrooms in the world.
Nalini Asha Biggs also holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma, a BA in Literature/Writing from UC San Diego, an MA in Special Education from San Diego State University, an MEd in International Education from the University of Sydney, and a Doctoral Candidate at UC San Diego in the Department of Communication, specializing in Media Studies and Political Philosophy (Marx in the streets, Foucault in the sheets).
In 2018 she launched the Nalini Asha Design Studio, a sticker/stationery company with a line of ‘California Love’ all-weather vinyl decals featuring west coast cities and towns as well as ‘Biogoth’, a vibrant rainbow of flora and fauna featured on greeting cards and sticker collections. It’s a vibe!
