Antonian wins Sara Norton prize for MPhil thesis

Antonian Brian Kot has been awarded the 2024-25 Sara Norton prize for his MPhil thesis. The prize is presented for the best essay or thesis within the field of political history and institutions of the US. Brian’s thesis, entitled Dual-Use Security Dilemma and the US-China AI Technology Race, looks at why and how the US and China are competing in artificial intelligence development.
