Celebrating 75 years of St Antony’s

Today we are proud to launch the St Antony’s College 75th Anniversary Collection — a digital showcase of memories, photographs and stories that span every decade of our history.

The Collection brings together contributions from Antonians alongside items from the College Archive, capturing the spirit of College life over 75 years. From postcards sent home in the 1960s, to reflections on the unique experience of Covid, to stories of friendships, families and rowing triumphs — the Collection celebrates the people, places and moments that make St Antony’s unique.

These memories will become part of the College Archive, creating a permanent record for future generations.
The Collection also features newly-written chapters about different aspects of the College over the last 25 years. They build on the exceptional work of Christine Nicholls, whose History of St Antony’s College (1950–2000) provides a recorded history of our first 50 years. The Collection and history webpages will continue to grow over the coming year as we collect more memories!

We warmly invite all Antonians, staff, students and friends of the College to enjoy the Collection, share in the nostalgia, and celebrate this milestone year with us.
