John is Research Manager for The University Consortium (UC), which is based at St Antony’s College.
The UC is an inter-regional training program for outstanding students from the US, Europe, and Russia. Forming a network of students (UC Fellows), academics, and officials, the UC was formed in 2015 by a consortium of leading universities across our three regions as a response to deteriorating relations between Russia and the US and Europe. Today, the UC represents a rare and increasingly important inter-regional network, aimed at stimulating dialogue among groups of students, faculty, and officials.
