Every member of staff at the College is a valued member of our community. The culture is relatively informal and we enjoy a supportive, friendly workplace with great colleagues and attractive employee benefits. Work-life balance and teamwork are important to us. We have an active staff social committee, and College events throughout the year include summer and Christmas parties, a children’s party, and regular staff meetings.
